How to Bulk Export Amazon Reviews for Multiple ASINs

AMZShark can group up to 1,000 unique ASINs from one marketplace into a Product Search and export the available review rows together. A good bulk export is deliberately scoped, consistently filtered, and easy to reproduce. For a single product or first export, begin with the complete download and export guide.

Prepare the ASIN list

Use one row per product in your working inventory and store the marketplace, product role, brand, and research reason beside the ASIN. Remove duplicates before upload. Keep accessories and replacement parts separate unless they are explicitly part of the study.

Create the product search

1. Open Product Searches and create a search from ASINs.
2. Choose the marketplace shared by the products.
3. Paste one ASIN per line or use commas and spaces.
4. Give the search a durable name containing the market and purpose.
5. Save it and review which products were recognized.

Use consistent filters

Apply one research definition across the set. For example: all one- and two-star rows discovered in a particular month that mention “leak” or “seal.” The export filename records search, rating, phrase, and date-range information, but you should also keep a short methodology note.

Handle large exports

One export can contain up to 500,000 rows. If a search is larger, divide it by discovery-date window or by coherent product group. Date-based chunks are usually easiest to recombine because the same ASIN can remain in each period without changing the product definition.

Validate every batch

• Confirm the expected marketplace and ASIN count.
• Check several review URLs against their product context.
• Verify ratings fall inside the selected range.
• Confirm the discovery-date boundaries.
• Record the number of exported rows and the run date.

Combine files safely

Keep identical column names and data types across batches. Add a local batch identifier rather than overwriting source fields. Deduplicate only with a defensible key; two reviews with similar titles are not necessarily duplicates. Preserve the source URL where available.

Know what bulk does not mean

Bulk export reduces repetitive work. It does not guarantee every historical Amazon review, add fields AMZShark does not store, or make unlike product groups comparable. Coverage and interpretation still need human review.
